Small Business Rate Relief (SBRR)
Relief of up to 100% for properties with a rateable value below £15,000.
Small Business Rate Relief gives 100% relief on properties with a rateable value of £12,000 or less, tapering to 0% at £15,000, for businesses that mainly use one property. It often has to be claimed.
