What business rates relief can I get?
Depending on your property you may qualify for Small Business Rate Relief, Retail Hospitality & Leisure relief, empty property relief, charitable relief, rural rate relief, transitional relief, or the pubs and live music discount.
Is business rates relief applied automatically?
Some reliefs are, but several, especially Small Business Rate Relief, often have to be claimed. Many businesses are eligible but have never asked, so it's worth checking your bill.
