Your council bill says one thing. The VOA record says another.
Most UK businesses overpay their rates or never claim the relief they're owed. Upload your bill and we'll audit it against the official rating list in about a minute, then show you exactly how to get the money back.

A REAL CORRECTION
What an overpaying bill looks like
This shop was charged the standard 48.0p multiplier. As a retail premises under £51,000, it should have been on the RHL rate of 38.2p. That one line is worth £2,940 a year.

QUESTIONS
Before you upload
How can it be £29 when consultants charge thousands?
Rates consultants take 20-50% of your first year's saving, or a fat retainer. We do the analysis with software, so we charge a flat £29 for the report and the letters. You do the claiming, and we make it a copy-paste job.
What if you don't find anything?
Then you don't pay. The upload and the check are free. You only pay the £29 once we've found a saving worth claiming and you want the full report.
Can I check more than one property?
Yes. Upload as many bills as you like in one go. Each bill is its own £29 check, so a five-site operator pays £145 and gets five reports with five sets of claim letters.
Is this official advice?
No. We're an analysis tool, not a regulated valuer, and we never contact the VOA or your council on your behalf without you. We show you what looks wrong and hand you the official GOV.UK routes to fix it.
Which areas do you cover?
England and Wales, the same area the VOA rating list covers. Scotland and Northern Ireland use different systems we don't check yet.
Is my bill kept private?
We use your bill to run the check and produce your report, then keep only what's needed to email your annual reminder. We don't sell your data.
