Supporting Small Business Relief (SSBR)
Supporting Small Business Relief limits the annual increase in your business rates bill for ratepayers who lost some or all of their small business or rural rate relief at a revaluation.
If you lost Small Business or Rural Rate Relief at the 2026 revaluation, Supporting Small Business Relief caps how much your bill can increase each year, so the jump is phased in gradually rather than all at once.
